Each project is unique in its specifications and I will work with you to define them. Before starting a project, we will discuss the details, and I will create a cost estimate and a timeline.
I understand that you may have a budget in mind, and I encourage you to let me know the figure so that we can work together to get the best possible product. The price is important, but clients who value professional design learn that quality design is a great investment for your business.
I divide the total cost in three. The first third is due at the signing of the contract; the second once the final concept is approved; and third is due before receipt of the final product. With new clients I request an initial 50% deposit at signing and the balance before receipt of the product.
I accept checks, cash, and money orders.
As with cost, the timeline depends on the project. I will create the timeline and contract after the initial meeting, and we will review it together to make sure it fits your needs. If outside services such as printing are needed, I will have to contact the printer to confirm the timeframe. I will provide you with regular updates and I always deliver the project on time. I do recommend that you avoid contacting me at the last minute to prevent extra charges for rush projects, though I will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
